Outstanding quality Antique Victorian porcelain and ormolu mounted kingwood card/console table by G T Morant, Bond Street, London having a beautiful serpentine shaped kingwood crossbanded swizzle top with a brass edge opening to reveal a baize interior with fabulous inlaid marquetry counter wells above a frieze fitted with 5 outstanding porcelain plaques depicting flowers and the centre plaque depicting birds, shaped ormolu mounts standing on shaped cabriole legs with ormolu. An incredible example displaying the highest standards of design and craftsmanship. The attention to detail is astonishing. A magnificent piece in wonderful original condition.
